Quick Sticky Buns

Description

These are great when you want homemade goodies but don’t have the time to make them. I sometimes use flaked coconut instead of the pecans for a different taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit in half and form each piece into a ball.
  3. Combine sugar
  4. pecans
  5. and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip each biscuit half into margarine
  6. then into the sugar mixture. Place in prepared cake pan. Mix remaining margarine and sugar mixture and spoon over biscuit balls. Drizzle corn syrup over top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.
