Description
This is a simple recipe that’s not too sweet. You can also double the recipe and bake them in flat bottomed ice cream cones!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Combine flour
- baking powder
- sugar
- and salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk
- egg
- butter
- and chocolate chips until combined. Pour batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean
- 15 to 20 minutes.
