Description

This recipe is the real deal! It’s great tasting, healthy and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup bulgur
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 5 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the bulgur in a small mixing bowl. Add the boiling water
  2. mix and cover with a towel; Let stand for 1 hour. Drain any excess water.
  3. Combine the parsley
  4. mint
  5. tomatoes
  6. onion
  7. olive oil
  8. lemon juice and salt. Add the bulgur; mix well and serve.
