Besides your typical liver, bacon and onions; this is my 2nd all time favorite liver recipe. It’s sooo good. Even when my daughters were young, they ate it, and liked it. Trust me, it’s good.
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 pound beef liver, sliced into thin strips
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- ¼ cup tomato-based chili sauce
