Skinny Vegan Coffee Shake

Description

A friend gave me this recipe which is great when you need a pick-me-up boost. Made with some of my favorites, such as coffee, banana, and peanut butter. Not only is it delicious but it is low in calories, high in protein, and it’s vegan!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup soy milk
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • ½ medium banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (1 gram) packets stevia powder
  • 5 to 6 ice cubes, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine soy milk
  2. coffee
  3. banana
  4. peanut butter
  5. coffee granules
  6. vanilla
  7. stevia powder
  8. and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.
