This dill tartar sauce is great for fried fish, tacos, clams, French fries, or any other seafood dish you can think of.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons sweet dill pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 ½ teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 pinch ground paprika
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch fleur de sel (sea salt flakes)
- 1 pinch herbes de Provence
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise
- relish
- lemon juice
- dill
- mustard powder
- paprika
- garlic powder
- fleur de sel
- and herbes de Provence together in a bowl.
