Cake Flour Substitute

Description

If you don’t have store-bought cake flour on hand, just whip this up and use it instead!

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

1. Combine 1 1/2 cups plus 6 tablespoons flour
2. cornstarch
3. and baking powder in a bowl. Sift several times until evenly blended.
