Simple Waldorf Salad

Description

This is my version of Waldorf Salad; it’s very fast and easy.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ½ tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 apple – peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 large stalk celery, diced
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise and vinegar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add apples
  3. celery
  4. raisins
  5. and walnuts to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  6. Place in the refrigerator until chilled
  7. about 30 minutes.

Total Time: 45 mins
