Dumpling Dipping Sauce

Description

Great for steamed or fried dumplings, egg rolls, and spring rolls!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • ½ teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon minced green onion, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk light soy sauce
  2. dark soy sauce
  3. red wine vinegar
  4. chili oil
  5. ginger
  6. sugar
  7. garlic
  8. and green onion together in a bowl; pour into a sealable container
  9. seal
  10. and refrigerate 1 hour.
