If you like ham and potatoes, you’ll love this creamy recipe! Its a big hit in my house, especially with my kids!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place sliced potatoes into the slow cooker. Mix together shredded cheese
- ham
- and onion in a bowl. Add to potatoes in the slow cooker; mix well.
- Stir together condensed soup and water in the bowl. Season with garlic powder
- salt
- and pepper. Pour evenly over potato mixture.
- Cook on High for 4 hours.
