Description
After sampling this salad at a barbecue, the recipe was given to me without any measurements. I can toss to together, and it turns out great every time.
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 8 crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup raisins
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions
- Mix the broccoli
- Cheddar cheese
- onion
- bacon
- sunflower seeds
- and raisins in a large bowl. Whisk mayonnaise
- vinegar
- and sugar together in a separate bowl; pour over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
