Fruit and Granola Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Crushed granola bars and fruits like pineapple added to plain chicken salad fill these fresh bakery croissants…easy and yummo!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain chicken salad
  • ¾ cup crushed roasted almond crunchy granola
  • ½ cup light creamy salad dressing
  • ¼ cup seedless green grapes, quartered
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup chopped red apple
  • ¼ cup drained canned mandarin orange segments
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar, or more to taste
  • 6 croissants

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken salad
  2. granola
  3. salad dressing
  4. grapes
  5. pineapple
  6. apple
  7. mandarin orange segments
  8. and brown sugar together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until needed or use immediately.
  9. Cut croissants in half horizontally. Fill with the chicken salad.
