KRETSCHMAR® Turkey and Cheese Focaccia Sandwich

This tasty sandwich gets its inspiration from the hills of Tuscany. It’s the perfect solution if you’re looking for a special lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf flat focaccia bread
  • 1 pound KRETSCHMAR® Honey Turkey
  • 2 each whole roasted red peppers
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ pound KRETSCHMAR® Provolone Cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Cut bread in half horizontally. Drizzle inside halves of both pieces of Focaccia Bread with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with spinach leaves

  6. Wrap the entire sandwich with aluminum foil. Set on baking sheet and place in oven for 20-25 minutes. Cut and serve.
