Raw Fried Rice

Description

This dish can be heated in a dehydrator if you want warmer uncooked fried rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 celery root, peeled
  • ΒΌ cup raw pecans
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • sea salt to taste
