Apple, Raisin, and Tofu Salad Sandwich

Description

This tofu sandwich recipe is really good! It only takes a few seconds to prepare. It’s good for a light lunch with some chips and iced tea. It is definitely low fat and low calorie.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package firm tofu, drained
  • 1 apple, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ teaspoon ground thyme, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bread, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat tofu dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix tofu

  7. salt
  8. and pepper in a large bowl. Spoon mixture onto bread.
