Almond Chicken Salad with Smokehouse Pepper

Description

Serve this smoky chicken salad on crusty rolls with lettuce and sliced ripe tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick® Smokehouse Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken
  2. almonds
  3. dried cranberries
  4. celery and green onion in large bowl.
  5. Mix mayonnaise
  6. sour cream and Smokehouse Pepper in small bowl. Add to chicken mixture; mix well. Cover.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
