  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup finely chopped kale
  • ¾ cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (Optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
