Spinach Orange Salad

Description

Spinach, orange, and bacon star in this colorful fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat

  5. Separate oranges into individual wedges. Cut each wedge into thirds.
