Low-Carb Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Description

A well-seasoned, low-carb chicken soup that will make you forget there are no noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, chopped
  • 4 cups chopped zucchini
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped yellow squash
  • 1 cup chopped fresh green beans
  • 1 large sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken
  2. zucchini
  3. celery
  4. yellow squash
  5. green beans
  6. onion
  7. basil
  8. celery salt
  9. salt
  10. and pepper in a slow cooker. Add chicken broth
  11. making sure it covers ingredients.
  12. Cook on High until chicken is no longer pink and is fully cooked
  13. 4 to 6 hours.
