Red, juicy tomatoes fresh from the garden join fresh bell peppers in this oh-so-EASY side dish! Goes well with crusty bread, to ‘dip’ in the juices!

  • 1 large bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • dried oregano to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
