Description
These are to die for! Beef steak, bell peppers, and onion are skewered, seasoned, and grilled on the barbeque or cooked in the oven (you can add whatever you like). Then they are taken off the skewer and rolled in a tortilla. To top it off, you dip the whole thing in garlic butter. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) beef skirt steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large yellow onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 large green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
