Green Egg and Ham Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 thin slices deli ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 leek, white and tender green part only, thinly sliced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ΒΌ cup flour
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
