Cauliflower Broccoli Salad

This salad is my favorite way to eat my raw veggies; mom made this for years, and it’s still my favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 (20 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 ½ cups creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
