Roasted White Asparagus with Herbes de Provence

Description

White asparagus roasted with herbes de Provence. Nice accompaniment to your favorite French Dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch white asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons herbes de Provence
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Arrange asparagus in a casserole dish; brush with olive oil. Sprinkle herbes de Provence
  3. salt
  4. and black pepper over asparagus.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven until lightly browned
  6. about 20 minutes.
