Description
My husband made this for me shortly after we started dating. He makes it so it could fill a 10 gallon bucket, so I cut it quite a bit. It totally won my heart and it’s awesome for a romantic picnic.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package rainbow rotini pasta
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken meat
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain
- and rinse with cold water to cool.
- Stir together chicken
- celery
- onion
- and mayonnaise; fold in cold pasts
- and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator
- and let rest for at least an hour before serving.
