Grandma’s Swedish Meatballs

Description

This is my grandmother’s recipe for meatballs. It’s very quick and easy, and they come out very tasty. They can be served with spaghetti, or as meatball subs, or any way you’d like to serve meatballs.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • salt to taste
