Easiest recipe on the planet and it tastes awesome. I love this at Easter, but it could great any time of the year.
Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice (such as Dole®), undrained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows (such as Kraft® Jet-Puffed)
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix (such as Jell-O®)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (such as Planters®)
- 1 ½ cups frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
Instructions
- Mix pineapple
- marshmallows
- pudding mix
- and pecans together in a bowl; fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate salad until chilled and thickened
- about 1 hour.
