Description

Beef top round steak marinated in fajita seasoning is grilled, sliced, and served wrapped in tortillas with grilled peppers and onions and topped with salsa.

Ingredients

• 1 (1 ounce) package fajita seasoning mix
• 1 pound boneless beef top round steak

• 1 medium red or yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
• 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
• 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
• Salsa
