Ultimate Low-Carb Ham and Cheese Omelet for Two

This delicious low-carb omelet is a classic and versatile meal for two, either for lunch, breakfast or brunch, and so quick and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 serving cooking spray (Optional)
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces Black Forest ham, chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Spray or lightly grease a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
  2. Beat eggs
