Description
Kid-friendly and easy to throw in the slow cooker on a busy day! Top with tortilla chips, cheese, and sour cream.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (1 ounce) package buttermilk ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly
- 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir browned ground beef
- tomatoes
- kidney beans
- pinto beans
- corn
- taco seasoning
- and ranch dressing mix together in the crock of a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for at least 3 hours.
