Cucumber Sandwich Appetizers

Description

This makes a great midnight snack, too!

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package spreadable cream cheese
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
• 1 (1 pound) loaf sliced pumpernickel party bread
• 2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Mix cream cheese
2. sour cream
3. and Italian salad dressing mix in a bowl until well blended.
4. Spread cream cheese mixture atop pumpernickel party bread and top each slice with 1 to 2 cucumber slices.
