  • 2 cups Irish steel-cut oats
  • 5 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pitted, chopped dates (Optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (Optional)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup honey
