Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bars

Description

This is one of the protein bar recipes I make for my boyfriend. He likes to have these for breakfast or before going to the gym.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 very ripe bananas

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 25 mins

Total Time: 1 hr
