Cheesy Grilled Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Toss broccoli
  3. oil

  5. garlic powder
  6. and salt together in a bowl. Make sure broccoli is well coated.
  7. Grill broccoli
  8. turning as needed
  9. until lightly browned and fork-tender
  10. 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and top with Cheddar cheese and red pepper flakes.
