Grain Free Banana Bread

This is gluten-free, delicious banana bread. It is high fiber and high protein from the secret ingredient: chickpeas!

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup chopped pitted dates
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
