Artichoke Spread

Description

A yummy hot artichoke spread that’s perfect for company! Smooth and cheesy wins the race to your happy tummy. Serve it with bread, crackers or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place the artichoke hearts in a food processor and process until smooth. Process the cream cheese
  3. Parmesan cheese
  4. mayonnaise
  5. garlic and dill with the artichoke hearts until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Transfer to a 9 inch pie pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes
  7. or until bubbly and lightly brown.
