Artichoke Dip I

Description

A friend at work made this and I had to have the recipe. It’s so simple to make and sooo tasty. Plenty of cheese makes this a real treat on crackers or French bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl
  3. thoroughly mix the mayonnaise
  4. Parmesan
  5. artichoke
  6. mozzarella and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake 30 minutes
  8. or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
