Description
A friend at work made this and I had to have the recipe. It’s so simple to make and sooo tasty. Plenty of cheese makes this a real treat on crackers or French bread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl
- thoroughly mix the mayonnaise
- Parmesan
- artichoke
- mozzarella and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes
- or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
