Description
An extremely moist chocolate cake with pumpkin and cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (16 ounce) container cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl
- mix cake mix
- pumpkin
- eggs
- and oil for 3 minutes using a mixer on medium speed. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven
- or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
- 30 to 45 minutes.
- Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
