Pecan Crackers

Description

I got this recipe from a lady at church. It is a great finger food and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • ½ (16 ounce) package graham crackers
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with graham crackers. Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
  3. Combine sugar
  4. butter
  5. and margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and spoon mixture over pecans
  6. coating well.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden
  8. about 12 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
