Tortilla Rollups

Description

Make these often – kids and adults alike eat them! Make a double recipe if you have more than 10 or 15 people…they go fast! Serve with toothpicks and salsa.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 14 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese
  2. sour cream
  3. green onions
  4. and taco seasoning in a bowl until well blended.
  5. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly to create a long tube. Spread more cream cheese mixture on the edges of each tortilla to seal.
  6. Freeze rolls on a baking sheet for 20 minutes for easier slicing. Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces and thaw before serving.
