Description
This pimento cheese is great as a sandwich, as a spread on crackers, or stuffed into celery. Our kids can’t get enough of it. I like it best served as a sandwich with a big bowl of my homemade chili.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- ½ cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the salad dressing

- and pickle juice
- scraping down the sides of the mixing bowl. Stir in the pickle relish and pimentos. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
