Bombay Chicken Wings

Description

I’ve used this recipe for years. Everyone who tries it loves it! For best flavor, marinate several hours.

Ingredients

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken wings
  2. vegetable oil
  3. soy sauce
  4. green onion
  5. garlic
  6. curry powder
  7. turmeric
  8. and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out any excess air
  9. seal the bag
  10. and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  12. Spread chicken wings into a large baking dish.
  13. Bake in the preheated oven until wings are browned
  14. about 25 minutes.
