Mini Meatloaves

Description

Quick and easy to make. A family favorite. The ketchup and brown sugar give these loaves a tangy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ⅔ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Stir together cheese
  3. milk
  4. oats
  5. egg
  6. and salt in a large bowl. Mix in ground beef until well combined. Form mixture into 8 mini meatloaves; place in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Combine ketchup
  8. brown sugar
  9. and mustard in a small bowl; stir well. Spread over each meatloaf.
  10. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (72 degrees C).
