Giant Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

These cookies are always served at our cafeteria, they are huge, moist, and full of chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ⅓ cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (11 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Beat brown sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix oats
