Parmesan Artichoke Casserole

Description

This is a great casserole that is quick and cheesy! You can add other veggies for a summery twist – sliced zucchini or chopped spinach work great!

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) cans artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place artichoke hearts in a glass mixing bowl. Mix in cheese
  3. garlic powder
  4. mayonnaise and parsley until well coated. Spread mixture in 9×13 inch glass baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven until bubbly
  6. about 25 to 35 minutes. Serve hot.
