Walnut Date Balls

Description

Love these as a snack or dessert! There’s no added sugar. You can press them into a 9×9-inch pan and cut into bars, if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Process walnuts
  2. dates
  3. coconut
  4. sesame oil
  5. sea salt
  6. and vanilla extract together in a food processor until combined. Roll date mixture into bite-size balls; refrigerate until firm
  7. about 1 hour.
