Chocolate Graham Crust

Description

A quick chocolate pie crust to make with chocolate graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate graham crackers
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Crumble graham crackers in a food processor with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in a microwave oven
  4. about 1 minute. Add to the mixture in the food processor and blend until combined into the dough.
  5. Roll dough out into a crust and place into a pie plate.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. Let cool completely before filling
  7. about 30 minutes.
