Suzy’s Mashed Red Potatoes

Description

These are the best I’ve had! Red potato skins are full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potatoes
  2. and cook until tender but still firm
  3. about 10 minutes; drain.
  4. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl; add butter
  5. milk
  6. sour cream
  7. salt
  8. and pepper. Mash together until smooth and creamy.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

Total Time: 30 mins
