Margarita Balls I

Description

Right up there with Rum Balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
  • ½ pound ground almonds
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • ¼ cup tequila
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 box (12 oz) vanilla wafers
  2. crushed into crumbs
  3. with 1/2 lb ground blanched almonds.
  4. Melt four 1 oz squares white chocolate according to package directions.
  5. In blender
  6. process tequila
  7. orange marmalade
  8. and light corn syrup until smooth. Stir
  9. along with melted chocolate
  10. into crumb mixture.
  11. Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar. Store in refrigerator.
