Keto Mozzarella Alfredo Sauce

Extremely easy to make, this low-carb, high-fat keto Alfredo sauce pairs perfectly with keto pasta or lovely grilled chicken!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy cream
  2. mozzarella cheese
  3. butter
  4. onion powder
  5. garlic
  6. salt
  7. and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook and whisk ingredients until smooth
  8. 3 to 5 minutes. Simmer
  9. stirring occasionally
